Las Colinas Stage 3 Water Restrictions
The City of Irving has implemented Stage 3 water restrictions as part of the city's drought contingency plan. The new restrictions, which became effective Jan. 1, permit Irving water customers to irrigate once per week on designated days according to the street number address. Read the restrictions here.
Residents or businesses observed violating the Stage 3 irrigation restrictions are subject to a warning from the City's Code Enforcement or Water Utilities. After the initial warning, offenders will receive a fine of up to $2,000. Cooperation with the restrictions will help ensure water is available for domestic use, sanitation and fire protection. Las Colinas Security wants to make sure that everyone knows that VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is not a viable means in which to transmit alarm signals and that the Association does offer alternative methods of monitoring signal transmissions other than through a normal "land-line" telephone service.

Director and Officer Bios

John M. Brubaker was elected to the Las Colinas Association Board of Directors in 2009 and currently serves as secretary of the organization. He is the area director of finance for the Four Seasons Resort and Club. Since 1985, he has had accounting/finance responsibility for the Las Colinas property, as well as regional responsibility for multiple hotels in the Bahamas, Caribbean, Mexico, and other properties throughout the United States.

A graduate of the University of Guelph, in Ontario, Canada, Mr. Brubaker holds dual Canadian and U.S. citizenships.
