Parks and Maintenance
Manicured landscapes and vibrant flowers are hallmarks of Las Colinas.

Our community contains 190 acres of parks, street medians, greenbelts, and common space. The Association's Common Property Department is responsible for preserving the beauty of these areas which feature more than 40,000 trees, 70 color beds and 150,000 units of color. Staff also maintains a highly efficient centralized irrigation system that exceeds 100 miles in length.

Sunset in Las Colinas Efforts to ensure attractive and clean surroundings include the Association's litter removal program. With an inhouse crew dedicated exclusively to the litter control of 100-plus miles of streets and alleys, the department collects approximately 4,000 garbage bags of debris annually.

Staff also administers a mowing program for non-developed, deed restricted properties within Las Colinas. This is performed at least eight times per growing season and helps achieve uniformity and enhances the overall visual appeal synonymous with Las Colinas.
