Our Architectural Control Department has provided much of what you will need here on this website for both commercial and residential properties. The first step in planning construction or improvements is to refer to the Design Guidelines and Standards of the Architectural Control Committee and any further deed restrictions that apply to the property. These documents outline the review process and what is required to complete a submission to the Architectural Control Committee.
Before work can begin at any property or building (including landscape changes), an ACC Review Application signed by the property owner, including the appropriate fees, complete plans and material samples, must be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control Committee which meets each Thursday. Submissions can be made at our office, or by email at plans@lascolinas.org. ** Reminder: Please include an electronic or digital version of your submission. **
