Since you have purchased property in Las Colinas, you are automatically a member of the Las Colinas Association. Created to serve as the permanent property owners association, our mission is to preserve the community's aesthetics, enhance the quality of life for our members, and sustain property values.
As a member you receive an integrated service package that is primarily funded by the membership's collective assessments. These benefits include:

Please fill out the Residential Information Form (RIF) at your earliest convenience. This information is used to provide contact information for both alarm monitoring and general area patrol services as well as to contact you should anything be observed regarding your property. If you are interested in using our alarm monitoring service (included in your assessments), or need more information, please see our Security page or call our Security Services Department.
